Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account — such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number — along with the client, job, route, and invoice data you enter into MowPlan. We also collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, and log data.
How we use information
We use your information to operate MowPlan: scheduling jobs, syncing crew assignments, sending 'On the way' messages to the clients you designate, generating invoices, providing support, and improving the product. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run MowPlan (for example hosting, payment processing, and SMS delivery), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials private.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your business data from within the app. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, email support@mowplan.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app before they take effect.
